Every morning and night before the moisturizer is applied, use 1-2 drops of the recommended essential oil, warm between palms and lightly spread across the skin. In the AM follow with a moisturizer. In the PM, follow with one of Decleor's Balms. Any skin type can benefit, including oily or acne prone. Just remember to use very little!
